About Proof Magnets

Whatever deserves to be seen, we make it stick.

Small squares can hold very big stories.

Why we started

How Proof Magnets Came to Be

Hi! I'm Dasha.

I’m a paralegal by day, so I spend a lot of time surrounded by documents, paperwork, and screens. But tucked inside my office cubicle was something a little more personal — photographs pinned all around me. Pictures of people, places, and memories that made my workspace feel more like mine.

Over time, I started wishing there was a better way to display them. I wanted something more organized, something I could change around whenever I felt like it, without constantly moving pins or making a mess of my space.

Why not make photos interchangeable? One day, family pictures. Another day, vacation memories. Maybe a favorite quote or something that simply makes you smile. Easy to switch, fun to arrange, and no pins needed.

Then I started thinking about how useful magnets could be for more than just photos.

We’ve all been there — trying to find a restaurant’s menu online, searching Google for a local business, or digging through a kitchen drawer for that paper Chinese takeout menu we swear we saved. Wouldn’t it be easier to have a magnet with a QR code you can scan right from your fridge?

Custom magnets for businesses, restaurants, shops, and anyone who wants to make information easier to find.

And just like that, Proof Magnets started taking shape.

Proof Magnets is my way of bringing together two things I appreciate: keeping the things that matter close and finding simple, creative ways to make life more organized.

Thanks for stopping by and being part of this journey. I'm glad you're here!
